This is a simple course that first-time customers or those who have never tried aged beef steak can try casually.The "ultra-aged beef" is made by aging regular dry-aged beef for an additional 10 days in the store's aging cellar, and is characterized by its rich flavor and nutty aroma.Enjoy comparing the different flavors of different parts of the meat.This course is recommended for girls' nights, drinking parties with friends, and banquets.
