This is the most popular course at banquets.Starting with hors d'oeuvres made with aged meat, you can enjoy colorful bagna cauda and shrimp cocktails that go perfectly with alcohol, and for the main course, a comparison of steaks made from three different cuts of aged meat! The final dish, garlic rice, also uses aged meat, allowing you to fully enjoy the richness and flavor of the meat that has been aged for over 45 days.Perfect for company welcome/farewell parties or drinking parties where you want to treat yourself a little.
